• If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order through igiparts.com constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
• Full or partial payment may be required before an order is processed, depending on order type and account terms.
• Wholesale and trade accounts may qualify for preferred pricing, volume-based discounts, credit terms, and minimum order requirements based on account eligibility and purchasing volume. Applicable terms, pricing tiers, and payment conditions will be established at account approval and may vary by customer.
• We reserve the right to limit or cancel order quantities per customer, per household, or per order.

Shipping

• Orders ship from in-stock inventory. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
• IGI Parts is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns require prior authorization from IGI Parts before shipping any item back (restocking fees apply).
• Returned items must be in new, unused and resaleble condition, with original packaging, unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
• Custom, special-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
• Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected.

Warranty Disclaimer

Products sold through igiparts.com may include a warranty ranging from 0 to 12 months, depending on the specific product. Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, and applicable conditions may vary by product and will be subject to the warranty terms provided at the time of purchase.
